The PeeWees opened the night with a hard fought performance that proves that their hard work will pay dividends down the road, but ultimtely fell just short in the end.
The Seniors led early, and unfortunately had a touchdown called back that could have put the game away. At the end though, Hohokus was able to pull away for the win.
Once again, the Juniors were able to save Cobra pride with another convincing, if not dominant victory. Even after turning the ball over and giving HoHoKus the ball on the Cobra 2 yard line, the best defense in the BCJFL took the field and would not yield a single yard. From that point forward, the outcome of the game was a mere formality, as the Cobra offense was as efficient as ever, moving the ball consistently both on the ground and in the air. The Juniors now stand one win from a NFC Division Title.

The Pee Wees opened the night by playing in a torrential rainstorm, and battled a very good Riverdell for most of the night. But in the end, a few broken plays cost them the victory.
The Seniors played an extremely physical Riverdell team even for the first half, but in the second half Cobra injuries and the poor luck that the referees mistakenly left their flags at home proved to be the difference.
The Juniors took the field in a battle of two undefeated teams with first place on the line. But it became evident early on that the Cobra defense is simply on another level from the rest of the league. 5 games and only one defensive touchdown given up. WOW! The Cobras scored a touchdown early and one late, with several missed opportunities in between. But the physical play of the Cobra defense just proved to be too much for their worthy opponents. If it was a fight, they would have stopped it!!
